Instructions
  1. Line Instant Vortex tray with parchment paper.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar one tbsp at a time, waiting 30 seconds before adding next tbsp. Once all the sugar has been incorporated, mix the corn starch with the vinegar until dissolved. Add the corn starch slurry to the egg whites; beat until integrated. Form individual-size pavlovas by dropping spoonfuls of meringue on parchment paper inside the Instant Vortex, shaping into disks with the edges higher.
  3. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry , then set time to 30 Minutes and temperature to 250°F (120°C) .
  4. The pavlova will cook in one step. When the machine prompts you to Add Food , don’t do anything.
  5. When done, turn off the Instant Vortex but leave the pavlova in the Instant Vortex for 30 minutes. Then take it out carefully and place it on a platter.
  6. Serve with red berries and vanilla ice cream.
