Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp water for egg wash

Instructions
- Mix the flour with the baking powder. Combine the egg with the yogurt and then pour onto the flour. Mix and form a soft, slightly sticky dough (add more flour if necessary). Place on a work surface lightly dusted with flour and knead gently for 2 Minutes. Divide the dough into 4 portions and form round rolls. Brush with the egg yolk and sprinkle with the seed mix.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 15 MINUTES and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and place the rolls on the rack. Close.
- When ready, remove from the Vortex and serve hot.
