Yogurt Toast

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup peanuts chopped
- ½ cup coconut shredded
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- pinch of salt
- Some raisins to taste; add almost at the end

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake , then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 320°F (160ºC) . Press Start .
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket, first line with aluminum foil, then place the granola on top. Close.
- When only 2 minutes remain, open the basket to add the raisins; then mix. Insert the basket again and wait for the remaining time to expire.
- Allow to cool before storing in glass jars.
