  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanuts chopped
  • ½ cup coconut shredded
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
  • Some raisins to taste; add almost at the end

Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake , then set time to 8 Minutes and temperature to 320°F (160ºC) . Press Start .
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket, first line with aluminum foil, then place the granola on top. Close.
  4. When only 2 minutes remain, open the basket to add the raisins; then mix. Insert the basket again and wait for the remaining time to expire.
  5. Allow to cool before storing in glass jars.
