Ingredients
- 8 slices Bread:
- 6 slices cheese
- 4 slices ham
- ½ tsp mustard or tomato sauce; both optional
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp milk
- ⅓ cup panko or breadcrumbs
- ⅟3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp dried parsley or oregano or basil

Instructions
- Mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Lightly beat eggs with the milk.
- Remove crust from bread slices; flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin. Brush the bread edges with egg wash. For every slice of bread, place 1½ slices of cheese and some ham in the middle, leaving a
⅓” (1 cm) border. Cover with another slice of bread (brushed with egg wash on inside) and join the edges, pressing with your fingers to seal. - Brush the top of the bread with egg wash and sprinkle abundantly with breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are generously coated.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 4 Minutes and the temperature to 375°F (190°C). Press Start.
- When Add Food appears on the display panel, place the pieces of bread in the air fryer.
- When done, remove from Instant Vortex and serve immediately.
