Great authentic flavor, but would recommend adding additional stock for softer rice and trying the slow cook setting.
I liked this. I would definitely agree that you should add more stock to make the rice softer (possibly 1/2 to even 3/4 cup more??)

Flavor very nice will definitely try again but with more liquid yum
