Ingredients
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 carrot grated
- 4 small mushrooms
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 2 red cabbage leaves finely chopped
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups Water

Instructions
- Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Add the oil, seasonings, vegetables, quinoa and water. Stir carefully to mix the ingredients.
- Close and lock the Instant Pot® lid. Make sure the steam release handle is turned to Sealing. Press Pressure Cook, pressure level High, and set time to 6 Minutes.
- When done cooking, press Cancel and then turn the steam release handle to Venting.
- Open lid and serve.
