Instructions
For the dough:
  1. Mix all the dough ingredients together in a bowl. Knead well, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Use small silicone molds. Divide the dough into 6 small balls and roll out. Spread out in each of the molds and with a fork, pinching the bottom of the molds with dough.
For the filling:
  1. Mix the diced apple with lemon, cinnamon, brown sugar, butter, and walnuts. Set aside.
  2. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.
  3. Once Add Food appears on the display, add the silicone molds with the dough. Close tray and let cook.
  4. When 2 minutes have passed on the screen (that is, when you see that there are 10 minutes left), open the tray and cover the crust with apricot jam. Add about 3 tbsp of the apple mixture. Repeat with all the molds.
  5. Bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature.
  6. Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream on top.
