We cooked the white bean and kale as per the recipe, but added smoked sausage, and substituted homemade chicken stock for the vegetable broth. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Is it really 2 stalks of celery or should it be ribs?
We’re trying it, went to start the instant pot and ours does not have a “manual” button
