Sometimes simple is best. This mix can be used as a side dish or even incorporated into a stir-fry for extra nutrients. Its buttery soft cabbage contrasts wonderfully with the bit of crunch you get from the broccoli. Try adding your favorite seasoning for a flavor profile to complement your main dish, such as a dash of soy sauce and pepper flakes or garlic powder, oregano, and parsley. You can also add shredded carrots if you want.

  1. Press the Sauté button and add all ingredients to Instant Pot. Stir-fry for 7–10 minutes until cabbage softens. Serve warm.

    4 stars because 1 teaspoon salt is too much. I used 1/2 tsp and it was just right. This is very easy to make, just a couple of basic ingredients and delicious. I may try using olive or avocado oil next time instead of butter, but butter is just fine too. There’s room to experiment with other spices, or salt & pepper are just fine.
