Ingredients
  • 2 garlic clovesminced
  • 1piece thumb- sizedfresh gingercleaned, peeled, and grated
  • 1tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4cup whole-milk yogurt
  • 1tsp garam masala
  • 1tsp tandoori mix
  • 2/3tsp kosher salt
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 2 pounds)
  • Optional: chopped cilantro for garish and serve it with naan bread or rice if desired.
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the garlic ginger, tomato paste, yogurt, garam masala, tandoori mix, salt and olive oil.
  2. Place the chicken in the bowl and rub the marinade all over the chicken.
  3. Let marinate for 10 minutes to an hour (or overnight if time allows).
  4. Select -Roast- 380°F -for 20 minutes Press Start.
  5. Once the Air Fry shows the ‘ADD FOOD’ sign, open the air fryer basket and place the chicken into the air fryer basket.  
  6. Close the Air Fry basket. 
  7. Once the air fryer shows the ‘TURN FOOD,’ flip the chicken with tongs. 
  8. Close the air fryer basket to continue to cook. 
  9. Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the air fryer basket and set it aside and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.  
  10. Serve the dish with naan bread or rice if desired.
