Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 piece thumb- sizedfresh ginger cleaned, peeled, and grated
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/4 cup whole-milk yogurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp tandoori mix
- 2/3 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs (about 2 pounds)
- Optional: chopped cilantro for garish and serve it with naan bread or rice if desired.

- In a medium bowl, mix the garlic ginger, tomato paste, yogurt, garam masala, tandoori mix, salt and olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the bowl and rub the marinade all over the chicken.
- Let marinate for 10 minutes to an hour (or overnight if time allows).
- Select -Roast- 380°F -for 20 minutes Press Start.
- Once the Air Fry shows the ‘ADD FOOD’ sign, open the air fryer basket and place the chicken into the air fryer basket.
- Close the Air Fry basket.
- Once the air fryer shows the ‘TURN FOOD,’ flip the chicken with tongs.
- Close the air fryer basket to continue to cook.
- Once the cooking cycle ends, remove the air fryer basket and set it aside and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve the dish with naan bread or rice if desired.
