Very good! The fish was flaky to the fork. I did not use salt and vinegar chips. Instead I used bread crumbs.
Loved the idea. Salt and vinegar breaded fish. The flavor just wasn’t there though. I used lays brand. I did swap the fish. Maybe that was reason. Tilapia vs cod. I love cod. But cod is smelly. And tilapia is more available at local stores. I may try again. The preparation was quick and easy and cooking was fast so I might try again.
Great fish. I also didn’t have potato chips. I used Shore Lunch Cajun breading. Nice and flaky fish.
