Ingredients
- 1 cup milk room temperature
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper Pinch of each

Instructions
- Generously coat a heatproof silicone egg bite mold or mini popover pan with nonstick spray.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process at medium speed for 30 seconds.
- Fill each mold with a scant
2 tbsp of batter (you may have extra batter left over). - Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Place one cooking tray upside down in the top position (this will prevent over-browning) and place the other in the lowest position of the cooking chamber.
- Using the display panel, select AIRFRY, then adjust the temperature to
400°F and the time to 20 minutes, then touch START. - When the display indicates “Add Food” carefully place the egg bite mold on the lower cooking tray.
- When the display indicates “Turn Food” do nothing.
- When the popovers are brown, open the cooking chamber, quickly pierce each popover with a sharp knife to release steam, then continue cooking 1-2 minutes more.
- Serve immediately.
