Ingredients
- 3 lb turkey breast can use up to a
4 lb turkey breast, (on the bone with skin back ribs removed)
Rub Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- 2 tsp ground mustard
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp ground sage

Instructions
- In a small bowl, thoroughly combine Rub Ingredients. Rub on the outside of the turkey breast and under any loose skin.
- Place coated turkey breast, skin side up, on a cooking tray.
- Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Using the display panel, select AIRFRY, then adjust the temperature to
360°F and the time to 1 hour, then touch START. - When the display indicates “Add Food” insert the cooking tray in the lowest position.
- When the display indicates “Turn Food,” do nothing.
- When the AirFry program is complete, check to make sure the thickest portion of the meat reads at least
160°F , then remove the turkey and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
