Ingredients
  • 3 lb turkey breast can use up to a 4 lb turkey breast, (on the bone with skin back ribs removed)
Rub Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp ground sage

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, thoroughly combine Rub Ingredients. Rub on the outside of the turkey breast and under any loose skin.
  2. Place coated turkey breast, skin side up, on a cooking tray.
  3. Place the drip pan in the bottom of the cooking chamber. Using the display panel, select AIRFRY, then adjust the temperature to 360°F and the time to 1 hour, then touch START.
  4. When the display indicates “Add Food” insert the cooking tray in the lowest position.
  5. When the display indicates “Turn Food,” do nothing.
  6. When the AirFry program is complete, check to make sure the thickest portion of the meat reads at least 160°F, then remove the turkey and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
