Ingredients
- 2 cups baking mix like Bisquik
- 3 oz shredded Cheddar cheese about 3/4 cup
- 1 1/3 cups Water
- parchment paper
Topping Mixture:
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp dried parsley

Instructions
- Cut parchment paper into six
3 inch diameter circles and spread in a circle on the cooking tray. Do not cover the lifting ring in the center of the tray. - In a large bowl, mix together baking mix, cheese and water until a dough forms.
- Evenly divide the dough onto the six parchment circles.
- Place the air fry basket (but not the cooking tray) into the cooking chamber.
- Using the display panel, select AIR FRY, then adjust the temperature to
320°F and the time to 12 minutes, then touch START. - When the display indicates “Add Food” carefully lower the cooking tray into the air fry basket.
- When the display indicates “Turn Food” do nothing.
- Meanwhile, mix the Topping Mixture ingredients in a small bowl.
- When the Air Fry program is complete, remove the biscuits and peel off the parchment circles. Brush with topping mixture and serve hot.
