Instructions
  1. Place the stainless steel inner pot inside the Instant Pot®. Chop the onions, carrot, and mushrooms.
  2. Add the oil to the steel inner pot, put the ingredients in, press Saute, and set time to 3 Minutes.
  3. Mix the rice with the egg and beat.
  4. Add the rice mixture and stir constantly so it doesn't burn. Add the tofu and continue stirring.
  5. Add the sake and vegetable broth and cook for 4 more minutes.
  6. Add the soy sauce, season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, for 4 more minutes.
  7. Then press Cancel and your vegetarian yakimeshi is ready to enjoy.
