Vegan Apple Crumble

Ingredients
For the apples:
- 1 ⅓ lb (600 g) apples peeled and sliced or diced
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ⅔ cup sweetener I will be using monk fruit; coconut or panela sugar are good options too
- ¼ cup vegan butter or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 tbsp corn starch
For the crumble:
- ¾ cup oat flour
- ½ cup panela or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- ½ cup coconut oil just taken out of the refrigerator
- 1 pinch salt
- Dried fruit optional

Instructions
- Mix the apples with all the ingredients on the list until thoroughly combined. Pour this mixture into the mold.
- To prepare the crumble, mix all the dry ingredients; then add the coconut oil and mix in with your hands until you have a sandy, crumble-like mixture.
- Place on top of your previous mixture in the mold and spread well to cover all the apples. We recommend using the Instant Vortex Round Cake Pan.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 340˚F (170°C). Press Start.
- When the time is up, open the basket and remove the mold.
- Enjoy warm with a scoop of ice cream.
