Ingredients
For the apples:
  • 1 ⅓ lb (600 g) apples peeled and sliced or diced
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • cup sweetener I will be using monk fruit; coconut or panela sugar are good options too
  • ¼ cup vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
For the crumble:
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup panela or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ cup coconut oil just taken out of the refrigerator
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Dried fruit optional

Instructions
  1. Mix the apples with all the ingredients on the list until thoroughly combined. Pour this mixture into the mold.
  2. To prepare the crumble, mix all the dry ingredients; then add the coconut oil and mix in with your hands until you have a sandy, crumble-like mixture.
  3. Place on top of your previous mixture in the mold and spread well to cover all the apples. We recommend using the Instant Vortex Round Cake Pan.
  4. On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Bake, then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 340˚F (170°C). Press Start.
  5. When the time is up, open the basket and remove the mold.
  6. Enjoy warm with a scoop of ice cream.
