Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup oat flour
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein is optional; you can add more oat flour instead
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp sweetener or stevia
- Vegan white chocolate chips or dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cup plant-based milk

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Add topping of your choice (I used chocolate chips).
Place the mix in a heat-resistant baking dish (ramekin or bowl).
On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set temperature to 355ºF (180ºC) and time to 8 Minutes. Press Start.
Once the time is up, remove from fryer. May leave in for 5 more minutes if prefer crispier.
