Ingredients
- 1/2 can of light tuna
- 1 a whole egg + 1 an egg white
- 1 tbsp milk
- nutmeg to taste
- 80 grams of spinach
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp minced Garlic
- pepper to taste
- 1 slice fresh light cheese chopped

Instructions
- In a frying pan with a little spray oil, sauté a little garlic with the tuna for 1 minute. Then add the spinach with the salt (to keep it green) and sauté until reduced.
- Separately, in a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and nutmeg.
- Add the spinach with the sautéed tuna and add pepper and beat.
- Pour the mixture into a container suitable for the oven and add the cheeses on top.
- Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set the time to 10 Minutes and the temperature to 170ºC . Press Start .
- Once the message Add Food appears , open the basket and add the container. Close.
- Finally let it cool a bit and accompany it with pineapple juice.
