This oatmeal, packed full of nuts, fruit, and flavor, will get you ready for the hiking trail. And don’t worry; this breakfast is hearty and will keep you full until lunch. Feel free to top this oatmeal with milk, additional sweetener, and blackberries and raspberries if desired.

Ingredients
- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 cup Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice from
1 large orange - 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp chopped dried apricots
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
- pinch of salt

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot. bowl and stir to combine. Lock lid.
- Press the Manual button and adjust time to 10 minutes.
When timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid. - Stir oatmeal. Spoon the cooked oats into two bowls. Serve warm.
