• For a 3-quart cooker, you must use 1/2 cup broth and halve the remaining ingredients.
• For an 8-quart cooker, you must increase all the ingredients by 50 percent.
• Unfortunately, this recipe doesn’t work well on the slow cooker setting. The turkey dries out too quickly.
• For the full Thanksgiving treatment, buy corn muffins, split them in half, then toast them cut side down on a baking sheet in a 400°F oven until crisp at the edges. Serve the pulled turkey over them in bowls.

Moist flavorful healthy- this recipe has it all!
Pretty good! Would be 5 stars since it may have been better with turkey thighs instead, but still very tasty & moist! I left out the cranberry sauce because i dont like it and added a bit more broth.
Its an ok recipe and i liked having an alternative however, using whole breasts, the meat wasn’t shreddable after cooking in broth as others said. Still very hood but it will need tweaking for our prefereces.
Used regular potato and 3tbsp of italian seasoning rather than thyme and sage.
Great!
I love this recipe it was delicious!
This really was good. I added a little apple cider. It turned out so well. It pulled apart nicely, I think if you release the steam too soon it will become tough and it may be why people are having some trouble with that.
This is delicious! So easy to prepare, hardest part was finding the turkey tenderloin. Thank you for the recipe!!
I didn’t have any sage available but flavor was still good. Tenderloin shredded nicely (used the 25 minute method). Shredded sweet potato was probably larger than needed, but no problem. Will make again.
I froze the extra, so looking forward to another meal later.
If you have a newer model instant pot absolutely do not stir in the sweet potato and maybe cranberries to be safe or you will get a burn notice. Either omit it or try to layer it ontop of the meat and very gently on – but not in the liquid.
