  • 2cups Water
  • 1 package instant ramen noodles4.2 oz
  • 1tsp garlicfinely chopped
  • 1tbsp Gingerfinely chopped
  • ¼cup onionfinely chopped
  • 3tbsp Thai red curry
  • 2tbsp tomato paste
  • ½cup carrotthinly sliced
  • ½gallon chicken broth
  • 1cup button mushroomssliced
  • 1cup Glorys® tomatoescut in half
  • ½piece chicken breastcooked and cut into cubes

  1. In an Instant Pot®, combine water, salt, and ramen noodles
  2. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  3. Select Pressure Cook and set it for 1 Minute , and press Start
  4. Wait until Instant Pot® switches to Vent to release the rest of the pressure in the pot
  5. Unlatch the lid and open the pot
  6. Drain noodles and set aside
  7. In a pot over medium heat, heat sesame oil
  8. Add garlic, ginger, and onion, and Sauté until translucent
  9. Add curry, tomato paste, and carrot, and stir thoroughly
  10. Once the carrot is slightly brown, add chicken broth
  11. Bring to a boil and add mushrooms and Glorys®
  12. Season with salt and pepper
  13. Add chicken breast and ramen noodles and cook for 3 Minutes more
  14. Remove from heat
  15. Garnish Thai red curry with cilantro sprigs, lime wheels, and Glorys®
  16. Arrange ingredients evenly
