Ingredients
- 2 bars Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Ginger sliced
- 50 g scallion green parts
- 70 g tamari
- 455 g shiitake mushrooms quartered
- 2 stem leek rinsed, quartered lengthways, chopped
- 225 g carrot peeled, small
- 4 celery ribs chopped
- 1 head Napa cabbage chopped
- 960 ml vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 45 g Gluten-free panko breadcrumbs
- kosher salt as needed
- black pepper as needed, freshly ground

Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the cooker with the tofu on top for the braise.
- Lock and secure the lid. Pressure cook for 10 minutes on low.
- Once braised, top with the EVOO, green scallions, Panko, salt, and pepper
- Air fry for 5 minutes until gold, brown, and delicious.
