Ingredients
  • 1 ½lb brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • ½tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3tbsp honey
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1tsp sesame seeds, garnish
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, sriracha and garlic.
  2. Add the brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Open the lid, place the air fry tray inside of the basket. Select Air Fry and set the temperature to 400°F. Press Time and set for 13 Minutes. Press Start.
  4. Once preheated and displays Add Food, add the brussels sprouts to the tray spreading out in an even layer. Close the lid.
  5. Use kitchen tongs and move the brussels sprouts around every 5 Minutes during cooking.
  6. Once the cooking time has finished, transfer the brussels sprouts to a serving platter, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
