For the bacon:
- 4 cups (1 liter) Water
- 1 lb (½ kg) bacon
- ½ tbsp salt
For the sauce:
- 3 tbsp mensi
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 ½ cups broth that the bacon was cooked in
To serve:
- Peach chunks
- Curry fried rice

Instructions
- Insert the stainless steel bowl into the Instant Pot®. Add water, salt and bacon.
- Put on and lock the lid of the Instant Pot®. Make sure the steam release valve is turned to “ Sealing”. Press the Pressure Cook function, at High pressure level and set the time to 10 Minutes.
- After the time, release the steam (by turning the valve). Once all the pressure has been released, open the lid, remove the bacon and reserve the broth.
- Meanwhile, to prepare the sauce, mix all the ingredients, take it to a frying pan, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it takes on the texture of the sauce (optionally, you can add chuño dissolved in water in the same amounts to thicken). .
- Add the bacon to the sauce, and mix well. Serve with rice, peach and a little toasted sesame seeds on top.
