Stuffed Poblano Peppers

Ingredients
- 3 medium poblano peppers
- 1 lb (500 g) chicken shredded
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast and then set time to 15 Minutes and temperature to 395°F (200°C). Press Start.
- Add the mixture to the basket and close.
- Peel and open in half.
- Mix the chicken, mozzarella cheese, and salt and pepper to taste; fill poblano peppers.
- Cover with more mozzarella cheese.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 6 Minutes and temperature to 375°F (190°C). Press Start.
- Add the mixture to the basket and close.
- Put tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and put peppers on top.
- Serve with sour cream and parsley to taste.
