Ingredients
  • 800g strawberries
  • 500g granulated sugar
  • ½ Juice of Lemon
Instructions
  1. Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice into the Inner Pot
  2. Let sit for at least 15 Minutes
  3. Close the Pressure Cooking Lid on the pot
  4. Select Pressure Cook-Custom-Pressure Level High and set the time to 1 Minute then 10 Minute Natural Release, then Quick Release the remaining steam
  5. Remove the Pressure Cooking Lid
  6. Select Saute-High and set the time to 30 Minutes
  7. Bring the mixture to a full boil
  8. Boil for 12-13 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture has thickened
  9. Press Cancel
  10. Pour jam into a jar
