- 800 g strawberries
- 500 g granulated sugar
- ½ Juice of Lemon

Instructions
- Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice into the Inner Pot
- Let sit for at least 15 Minutes
- Close the Pressure Cooking Lid on the pot
- Select Pressure Cook-Custom-Pressure Level High and set the time to 1 Minute then 10 Minute Natural Release, then Quick Release the remaining steam
- Remove the Pressure Cooking Lid
- Select Saute-High and set the time to 30 Minutes
- Bring the mixture to a full boil
- Boil for 12-13 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture has thickened
- Press Cancel
- Pour jam into a jar
