Instructions
  1. Remove the green leaves from the strawberries.
  2. Cut the strawberries thin, about 1mm thick. My favorite way to do it is by using a mandolin.
  3. In the Instant Vortex, press Bake, set the time to 1 Hour and the temperature to 102°C . Press Start.
  4. Once the Add Food message appears , open the basket and place the strawberry slices next to each other without crowding. Close.
  5. If you didn't cut them thin, they may need 10-30 more minutes, but with 1mm thickness, 1 hour should be enough.
