Cheesy Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

One of the easiest side dishes to make, Stir-Fried Meat, Vegetables and Peppers is ideally served with a flower bun or over rice. Just stir-fry all ingredients to make a delicious dish.

Ingredients
- 3 oz (80 g) thinly-sliced beef
- 3 bell peppers
- 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- White pepper (to taste)
- 1 bamboo shoot
- 2 fresh shiitake mushrooms
- ½ bag enoki mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 3 ½ oz (100 g) potato starch
- 1 egg Sesame oil (drizzle)
- Flower bun
- 16 oz (500ml) water

Instructions
- Prep bell peppers by removing stem and seeds, then slice.
- Slice onion, bamboo shoot, shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms.
- Dip beef in slurry and cook in oil. Use sieve to drain oil.
- Add oil to Instant Pot and fry ingredients in Step 2 in Sauté setting.
- Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper, then add and stir-fry bell pepper.
- Add ingredients in Step 3 and stir-fry until ingredients are evenly mixed. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
- Place flower bun in steamer basket, place in Instant Pot, and add
16 oz (500 ml) water. Cook in Steam setting for approximately 6 Minutes.
