Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine lemon aioli ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Add water to the Instant Pot® and insert steamer basket. Place artichokes evenly in basket. Lock lid.
  3. Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 8 minute. Quick-release
  4. Transfer artichoke to a serving dish and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon aioli. Serve warm.

    This recipe is confusing to newbies. First it says cook time listed as 20 minutes. Then, later on in the recipe it says 8 minutes. Two others have also asked for clarification but no answers were provided on this site. What gives? Don’t want to have to guess with new equipment!

    8 minutes pressure cook time, followed by quick release, seems very short to me. Times for IP artichokes seem to be all over the place. This is the shortest I’ve seen, and 30 minutes followed by 15 minutes of natural release is the longest I’ve seen. Help!
