- Season the sirloin steak with the spices.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast and then set time to 12 Minutes and temperature to 400°F (205°C). Press Start.
- Add the batter and close the basket.
- When the fryer indicates it, turn the dish over.
- Slice the pork. Serve on corn tortillas with pico de gallo.
