What is a heart of celery? How much?
Made a half recipe for a 3-quart Instant Pot. Ingredients didn’t quite fit so I skimped on some of them. (Planning to make a second pot for the freezer.)
I forgot to boil the water first so tried it on 13 minutes with natural release. It came out fine, no need for more heating.
