Spinach Croquettes

Ingredients
Liquid ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- ¼ cup low-fat milk
- 2 tsp minced garlic
Dry ingredients:
- ½ onion diced
- 5 ⅓ oz (150 g) spinach leaves cut lengthwise into thin layers
- 1 cup oat flour
- ½ lb (180 g) light mozzarella cheese grated
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
- Salt, oregano, black pepper and other spices to taste
- 2-3 tbsp extra oatmeal flour to sprinkle on the outside so it doesn't stick to your hands

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients. Gradually add the flour, diced onion, finely sliced spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and spices to taste.
- Once the mixture thickens, use your hands to shape small balls and sprinkle them with the extra oatmeal to prevent them from sticking.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, set the time to 15 Minutes and the temperature to 340°F (170°C). Press Start.
- Once the Instant Pot has preheated, add the croquettes to the basket and close.
- Once the time is up, remove the croquettes and insert them again, but turned over for about 5 Minutes at 340°F (170°C) so that the bottom part browns.
