Ingredients
  • 1/2cup chicken broth
  • 1cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2cup sour cream
  • 1/2cup mayo
  • 1tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 7ounces artichokesdrained and chopped 1 can
  • 8ounces cream cheese
  • 1 1/2cups whole-milk mozzarella cheeseshredded
  • 1/4cup Parmesan cheesegrated
Instructions
  1. Pour broth into Instant Pot. Add frozen spinach, sour cream, mayo, garlic, salt, and artichokes to Instant Pot. Place cream cheese in pot.
  2. Click lid closed. Press the Manual button and adjust time for 7 minutes. When timer beeps, quick-release the pressure.
  3. Once valve drops down, open lid. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
