Instructions
  1. Press Sauté; crumble sausage into Instant Pot. Add onion; cook 10 Minutes or until sausage is cooked through, stirring frequently. Add garlic, salt, oregano and basil; cook and stir 1 Minute. Stir in tomatoes, water and pasta; mix well.
  2. Secure lid and move pressure release valve to Sealing position. Press Pressure Cook or Manual; cook at High Pressure 3 Minutes.
  3. When cooking is complete, use quick release. Stir in broccoli. Secure lid and move pressure release valve to sealing or locked position. Cook at High Pressure 0 Minutes. (Set cooking time for 0 Minutes; pressure cooker will beep as soon as contents reach pressure.)
  4. When cooking is complete, use quick release. Stir pasta; sprinkle with cheese.
