Pressure cook the whole rack of lamb without cutting it up. You can separate the chops before finishing them under the air fryer lid.

Nice, thank you for the recipe. I use this silicone trivet with heat-resistant handles and it’s so much better than the metal trivet that came with the instant pot. I got it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082XZNGPJ
Korean red pepper paste is called Go chu jang.
However, Koreans don’t have any lamb dish. Lambs didn’t grow over there, so this dish is not authentic enough to be called Korean.
I was wondering could this marinade/sauce be used on a whole leg of lamb. I want to do this for my father, but am not sure if the recipe will work. The leg is almost 9lbs. and I plan on using the oven just because I don’t think it will fit in my instapot.
Thank you for your time.
I am Korean, the curry and cilantro is NOT used in Korean cooking. This is not an authentic Korean dish.

I had the BEST lamb dish when I was in South Korea. Seoul has a few Korean BBQ places that serve nothing but lamb. Delish!
I made this with a few modifications as I didn’t have every ingredient in the recipe. My second time using the instant pot and first using the fryer lid. It came out quite delicious! Next time I think I will add a few small round potatoes. Yummy
