Spicy Apple Chips

- 4 apples
- 2 lemons their juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp of pequín pepper
- Salt, to taste
- lemon juice
- Chamoy or hot sauce
- Core the apples. Using a mandoline or sharp knife, slice into 1/16-in (2-mm) slices. Transfer to a bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, pequin pepper, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 19 Minutes and temperature to 285˚F (140˚C). Press Start.
- Once preheated, add the apples (do not overlap). Turn over when the Instant Vortex signals to do so. Once the time is up, take out and let cool.
- Serve with lemon juice and chamoy or hot sauce.
