Ingredients
- 4 fillet medallions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- Italian seasoning or meat seasoning
- Salt and pepper
For the herb butter:
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh rosemary thyme, and chopped parsley

Instructions
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry , then set time to 10 Minutes and temperature to 390°F (200°C). Press Start.
- Rub the fillets with the olive oil and season with the dressing, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, remove the basket and arrange the meat. Reinsert it into the Instant Vortex. Meanwhile, mix the butter ingredients.
- Once Turn Food appears on the display, flip.
- Remove, put on platter, spread butter on top and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
