Ingredients
For the chicken:
- 3 boneless chicken thigh pieces
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
To serve:
- Toasted sesame
- chives only the green part

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with the soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and sesame oil. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then the set the time to 20 Minutes and temperature to 375°F (190°C). Press Start.
- Once Add Food appears on the display, open the basket and add the chicken. Close. Discard the excess liquid left in the bowl.
- Serve with toasted sesame and chopped chives. Accompany with rice, potatoes, salad, or serve in tortillas.
