Ingredients
White Chocolate Peppermint Syrup:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tbsp white chocolate peppermint syrup
- 1 medium roast coffee pod
- Garnish with cinnamon and a peppermint stick Optional

Instructions
Peppermint Syrup
- In a saucepan, combine the cream and sugar. Bring just to a boil on the stovetop over medium heat.
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Whisk until smooth and the chocolate has fully melted.
- Whisk in the peppermint extract.
- Pour the chocolate syrup into an airtight container or jar. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha
- Add the milk and white chocolate peppermint syrup to the Instant Pod Milk Frother and place the lid on.
- Select thick foam and press START.
- Press the POWER button on the Instant Solo Coffee Maker.
- Open the top and insert a medium roast coffee pod.
- Place a mug onto the drip tray plate and select 8oz.
- When the coffee is finished brewing, top with the white chocolate peppermint frothed milk.
- Sprinkle with some cinnamon and serve with a candy cane!
