Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup walnuts chopped
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar

Instructions
- In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar until creamy, add vanilla and mix until incorporated.
- Add flour and walnuts and mix with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Shape dough into balls.
- Place on top of the cooking tray that comes with your Omni Pro leaving enough space between them, bake in batches if needed.
- Select Bake, set the temperature to 315°F / 157°C and set time to 20 Minutes. Press Start.
- Once the Omni is preheated, insert the cooking pan on the Roast/Bake Level into the Omni.
- Bake until the bottom of the cookies is slightly brown.
- Once the cooking cycle is finished, remove the cooking tray and let the cookies cool down for about 5 minutes.
- While the cookies are warm to touch, sift the icing sugar over. Enjoy!
