Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  • 4 sourdough breadslices
  • 3tbsp olive oil
  • 4tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 avocadosdeseeded, cut in half, sliced
  • 1medium tomatocut into slices
  • 4oz smoked salmon(lox)
  • 1tbsp Capers
  • ¼ red onionjulienne
  • black pepperfor serving
  • fresh dillfor serving
Instructions
  1. Lightly drizzle olive oil on each side of the bread.
  2. Air Fry the bread at 400°F / 205°C for 7-8 Minutes, turning halfway and cooking until golden.
  3. Spread cream cheese on the toast.
  4. Top with one quarter of the sliced avocado, a few slices of tomato, and one quarter of the smoked salmon.
  5. Sprinkle with red onion slices, capers, black pepper, and dill.
