Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh strawberry washed and hulled
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Place whole strawberries, honey, chia seeds and lemon juice into the pot and stir well.
- Secure the lid on and place in venting position.
- Select SLOW COOK-Custom-High and set the time for 2 hours.
- Press START.
- When cooking time is finished, open the lid, using a potato masher or large spoon, mash up the strawberries to desired consistency.
