Ingredients
FOR THE FILLING

ripe peaches
peeled, halved, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick

light brown sugar

fresh lemon juice

vanilla extract
FOR THE TOPPING

all-purpose flour

light brown sugar
1 1/2

baking powder

baking soda

unsalted butter
melted
Instructions
Place peaches, lemon juice and sugar in the inner pot and combine.
Spread them evenly over the bottom of the Inner Pot.
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the topping.
Sprinkle over the peaches
Select
SLOW COOK-Less
and set the time to
4 hours.
Press
START
. Close the lid and set to
VENT.
When cooking time is finished, open the lid.
Let it rest 20 to 30 minutes before serving
.
