Ingredients
FOR THE FILLING
  • 6cups ripe peachespeeled, halved, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 2tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1tbsp vanilla extract
FOR THE TOPPING
  • 1/2cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp cinnamonground
  • 1/2cup old-fashioned oats
  • 4tbsp unsalted buttermelted
Instructions
  1. Place peaches, lemon juice and sugar in the inner pot and combine.
  2. Spread them evenly over the bottom of the Inner Pot.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the topping.
  4. Sprinkle over the peaches
  5. Select SLOW COOK-Less and set the time to 4 hours.Press START. Close the lid and set to VENT.
  6. When cooking time is finished, open the lid. Let it rest 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
