Ingredients
FOR THE FILLING
- 6 cups ripe peaches peeled, halved, pitted and sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
FOR THE TOPPING
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Instructions
- Place peaches, lemon juice and sugar in the inner pot and combine.
- Spread them evenly over the bottom of the Inner Pot.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the topping.
- Sprinkle over the peaches
- Select SLOW COOK-Less and set the time to 4 hours.Press START. Close the lid and set to VENT.
- When cooking time is finished, open the lid. Let it rest 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
