Ingredients
- 1 lb cabbage diced into large pieces
- 1/2 lb beef cubes
- 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower Rice
- 1/3 cup carrots small-diced
- 1/3 cup celery small-diced
- 1 onion small-diced
- 2 large garlic cloves small-diced
- 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup diced tomato canned with juice
- 4 cups chicken stock low sodium
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt

Instructions
- Select SAUTE on HIGH for 15 minutes and press START. Add the olive oil to the Inner Pot.
- When the pot is hot, add and brown the beef cubes for approximately 5 minutes.
- Change temperature to Custom-Level 3 and add onions and garlic, smoked paprika and salt. Sauté for 1-2 more minutes.
- Add tomato paste, carrot, celery, cabbage, chili flakes, and black pepper and stir.
- Add diced tomato with water and chicken stock.
- CANCLE Sauté Program
- Scrub any residuals stuck to the bottom of the pot with the spoon.
- Close the lid and set to VENT. Select SLOW COOK-Soup Function (Temperature High for 6 hours) and press START.
- When 1 hour is left at the end of the program, add Cauliflower Rice to the soup. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
