  • 3-4lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2cup soy sauce
  • 1/2cup honey
  • 1/4cup ketchup
  • 1/4cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/4cup chicken stock
  • 6 garlic clovesminced
  • 2tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp sesame oil
  • 1tsp fresh gingerfinely minced
  • sesame seedsfor garnishing
  1. Add the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, hoisin sauce and chicken stock to the inner pot. Using a whisk, combine the ingredients until fully incorporated and sauce is smooth consistency.
  2. Add the garlic, rice vinegar, sriracha, pepper, sesame oil, and ginger and stir well.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and submerged the chicken in the sauce and make sure all the chicken is coated in the sauce.
  4. Secure the lid on the pot and set to VENT.
  5. Select SLOW COOK-Custom-High and set the time for 6 hours.
  6. Press START.
  7. When cooking is finished, open the lid, and transfer the chicken to a serving plate.
  8. Spoon the sauce over the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds.
