Sliced Pineapple Ham Steaks
The perfect way to use leftover ham, these Sliced Pineapple Ham Steaks are absolutely delicious. Serve with Glazed Carrots, Broiled Asparagus with Sliced Eggs, Wicked English Breakfast Scones, and Golden Broiled Potato Slices for the ultimate Easter leftover meal.

Ingredients
  • 4slices canned pineapple
  • 4slices 1/2 inch thick leftover ham
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1tbsp orange marmalade
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 2tbsp pineapple juice from can
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Arrange the ham slices on the cooking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a small bowl in a microwave and add 2 tbsp pineapple juice, 1 tbsp orange marmalade, 1 tsp lemon juice, and salt and pepper and mix them thoroughly.
  3. Spoon the glaze onto the ham slices and spread it with the back of a spoon to cover the slices. Lay the pineapple rings on top of each ham slice and then two sprigs of thyme; place a cherry tomato in the center of each pineapple.
  4. Set the Instant Omni oven to Bake at 450°F for 5 minutes.
