Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) shrimp raw
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup panko
- 1 cup cabbage julienned
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
- Dredge shrimp in flour, then dip in beaten egg and panko.
- On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry and then set time to 3 Minutes and temperature to 385°F (195°C). Press Start.
- Add the shrimp to the basket and close.
- In the meantime, mix the cabbage with the spices and lemon juice.
- Serve with lemon.
